Experience Plus-Barclays Gedi, LLC is a partnership for the development of free trade zones in The Dominican
Republic.
The developments are being designed to include liquid fuel facility, power plant, a two hundred thousand barrel per
day oil refinery, cement producing facility, and oil tank storage farm.
Coupling Experience Plus from Dubai, UAE and their financial capabilities with the construction expertise of
Barclays Gedi Group, and in conjunction with the engineering capabilities of Barclays Engineering Services, over
five thousand hectares of terrain will be utilized. Additionally a tax free zone port is in the early stages of planning.
