Mr. Proctor is a Professional Engineer and Consultant for Civil and Development related projects. His
30 years experience of Design and Project Management ranges from Government (Federal, State
and Local) projects to development projects with National Builders and Developers.
He is Owner of Carnahan Proctor and Cross, a multi discipline firm with offices throughout the State
of Florida and is registered as a Professional Engineer in both North Carolina and Florida with a B.S.
in Civil Engineering from NC State University. Mr. Proctor is a strong proponent of utilizing the latest
technology and provides capabilities in 3D Laser Scanning and Modeling for his projects. His
experience and commitment is dedicated to the growth of BE for Barclays International.

clients. Formerly the Acquisition Director for Development Corporation Of America (a Bass Brothers
New York Stock Exchange Company), and Director Of Acquisitions for the K. Hovnanian Companies (a
New York Stock Exchange Company), among his accomplishments is the the sale of a division of IBM to
a foreign purchaser as well as divestiture of foreign and domestic situations. Mr. Wyner has sold three
properties to Donald J. Trump. Mr. Wyner is a consultant to many companies on various Stock
Exchanges and is an "Expert Witness" in real estate and financial situations for Attorneys on a national
and international basis.
